What is this project?
I created this blog site solely and exclusively for use by myself. It is made with love and hard work. I only used laravel there. I designed it with bootstrap and simple css.
Tools used in this project
The main backend used here is Laravel v5.7. For the database section I used PostgreSQL. I have cross site protection on my site. I have created the site with safety and security in mind.
About the project
This blog site was a labor of love that I created solely for my own use. Back in 2018, I had a VPS server and a domain name “Vilethorn” and I was eager to share my journey to becoming an AI engineer. I poured my heart and soul into this project, using only Laravel for the backend and designing it with Bootstrap and simple CSS for a clean, modern look. The blog also had an admin panel, which allowed me to easily write and publish my posts. To give the site a single-page-like feel, I used JWT auth token, JQuery, JSON, and other technologies to great effect. Everything ran smoothly, and the site was a joy to use. After a year, however, the domain expired, and I never renewed it. Instead, I decided to create a Github portfolio that better aligned with my personal and professional interests. Despite the blog’s short life, it was a valuable learning experience that helped me hone my programming skills and deepen my passion for AI.
